Marvin Motsenbocker Ph.D., J.D.  Manager of the Washington office and responsible for all U.S. Legal Practice.
Admitted in the District of Columbia, New York and to the PTO and Federal Circuit.
Technical fields: Electronics and Chemistry
Dr. Motsenbocker was formerly a Biochemistry Faculty member, electronics broadcast engineer and a research scientist in medical diagnostics in the U.S. and Japan.  Dr. Motsenbocker holds patents in the area of electronic control systems and related engineering.

Bud York Mathis III  E.E.,  J.D.
Admitted  in Virginia and to the PTO.
Mr. Mathis is a former electronics patent examiner and has more than 12 years experience in patent prosecution and litigation.  Mr. Mathis  specializes in electronics hardware, telecommunications and general electronics engineering.
  

Michael Morrissey  E.E., J.D.

Mr. Morrissey is a former electronics patent examiner and has more than 15 years experience in patent prosecution and litigation in large DC law firms.  Mr. Morrissey specializes in solid state electronics, cellular communications and general electronics engineering.
 

Reina Kakimoto LL.M.

Technical fields: Physiology, immunology, microbiology, genetics, and semiconductor
Ms. Kakimoto specializes in all aspects of trademark law practice (trademark prosecution, availability/infringement opinion), utility/design patent prosecution and patent litigation support. With her excellent Japanese-English bilingual skills, her timely reports and correspondence with Japanese clients in Japanese have been invaluable during fast-paced litigation procedures.

Gary Fritz Ph.D., Physics
Admitted  to the PTO.
Dr. Fritz has worked as researcher in camera, printer and copier technology for more than 15 years and in patent analysis and prosecution for more than 5 years.  Dr. Fritz specializes in electrophotographic systems.

 
Daniel Steinberg B.S. Physics
Admitted to the PTO.
Mr. Steinberg, a patent agent, has deep experience in electronics and physics-related patenting.

Howard Greenwald B.S.E., J.D. (of counsel)
Admitted in New York and to the PTO.
Mr. Greenwald has obtained more than 400 patents during his 25 years of experience in the materials science and other engineering fields.  Mr. Greenwald was formerly a primary examiner at the USPTO.
